Someone already installed OpenStreetMap database on a windows server?
I searched and I only found instructions how to do this in Linux.
Any link to documentation that explains how to install OSM on windows serve

I did on Windows Workstation. Should be the same on server.
Just follow the instructions for linux and do analog on windows.
It is quite straightforward.

I think it is, however most of the documentation available is dedicated
to Ubuntu / Debian.
