[Talk-pe] Modificación de límites distritales en Perú
Hola a todos, me tenia que suscribir otra vez en la lista, entonces no podía responder al sigiente mensaje: https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-pe/2022-May/000906.html Estoy mapeando desde Bélgica y my primera idioma es el Neerlandes, así que me permitirán algunos errores ortográficos. Primero, muy bien que hablamos del asunto antes de hacer más de estos cambios. Creo que hay motivos en pro y en contra de hacer que los límites siguen los ríos. - pro - yo sí encuentro textos que mencionan el "thalweg" de ciertos ríos, p.e. https://docs.peru.justia.com/federales/leyes/26428-jan-5-1995.pdf - además, me imagino que muchos de estos ejercicios de cartografía han sido hecho sobre cartas topograficas y/o militares que no tenían la misma resolución que las fotos ariales que estamos usando ahora - contra - el hecho de que los ríos pueden trasladarse significativamente en algunos años es muy cierto, ya he visto bastante huaycos :-) sin embargo, nada bloquea de modificar solo el río si esto pasa Contexto general, hay muchos ríos/limites que deberían modificarse... Empecé en algunos lugares porque me parecía obvio... P.e. ya podríamos limitarnos a ríos y no a quebradas... [Talk-pe] Uso de la carta nacional del Perú para mejorar los datos de OSM
Hola mapeadores, alguno de Uds. ya ha pensado en importar los datos de las hojas del mapa nacional del Perú en OSM ? El nivel de detalles es estupendo, y se puede descargar gratis (http://sigmed.minedu.gob.pe/descargas/). Si la licencia permite ese uso de los datos, no lo se, pero tal vez alguien sabe mas ? For the areas with high res areal images we probably have to look first what areas have a good landuse definitions right now. Based on images and personal knowledge they might be much more precise and detailed than corine. Just one remark regarding rendering. Landuse rendering seems too dominant on certain zoom-levels now. I noticed it near the french border here: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=49.8146lon=4.9209zoom=12layers=B000FTF At this zoom level, even tertiary roads, that should be rather clear, fade away in the dark green forest area.
