On the subject of railway stations. I think it would be good if tagged
them with their reference codes (no idea what the correct term is),
all the stations in the UK have codes and if you know them it's
quicker to use them while searching. I'm not such a geek I know all of

I believe the usage of the building should be explicitly defined, so
station should be used.
Most people who disagree are discussing it from the point of view of using
the map for the sole purpose of using a train. This is not the case.

so they should be recorded as-is on the primary signage / on-platform
signage (if people can be bothered to doublecheck the platforms). Using the
National Rail site should be doable to acquire the definitive station names,
