I was going to look at the buildings too. I’ve used a tool in ArcGIS to
correct some pretty awful buildings, but I couldn’t download them either.If
there is no hurry, I’d check in again with the contact on Monday. It would be
nice to have the buildings with addresses on them.

Looks good to me and a great follow up to the Dallas project. I would suggest
contacting the project lead for project 95, they appear to work at mapbox. I
contacted the mapbox user that created a digitizing project that overlapped my
import project and they changed the status on the
On that page, it states Dakota County encourages public use of this GIS data.
“The County Board of Commissioners adopted a policy of free and open GIS data,
in collaboration with the other six metropolitan counties in the Twin Cities.

Ok, I’m back and ready to proceed. I’ve created a pretty decent dataset from
the Dakota County buildings, address points and parcel data.

If anyone is interested, there are some datasets available to update streets,
county parks and municipal boundaries in Dakota County, MN. (my employer) This
is the same data we give to Esri for their basemaps.

So I’m back at it now that I have some time to get this building import going
again. I have a pretty good process for assembling the data to create
buildings with addresses. The buildings dataset has about 165,000 building
polygons, many of which will have some sort of attributes before I
