但我不太懂為什麼是針對「編輯歷史只有一次的點位」。
若其它tag 也有「編輯歷史只有一次的點位」呢?

這種討論不需要「覆議」吧! XD
既然是討論，若是附議，也可以說明一下原因。

大家好，我是東吳大學社工系的許凱翔，今年我們人社院GIS中心辦了一個活動，讓學生在十月到十一月間，利用Wheelmap的App對士林區的商家做無障礙環境調查。因為所有的學生都是初次接觸OSM及Wheelmap，尚不知是否能順利運作，不足之處，還請各位多多給予指導及協助。

[Talk-TW] 2017年台灣開放街圖社群會員招募與理事監會選舉

各位圖客，好

很高興地向各位報告，過去一年來，理監事各成員在工作閒暇之餘，投入於開放街圖在台灣的推廣、維護、組織活動等相關事務。目前在台北與高雄二地都有定期聚會活動，也不定期舉辦Mapping
party，並參與其它開源社群活動，如SITCON和COSCUP，以推廣開放街圖，而社群內外的相關活動，匯編為社群進展月報
，以讓圖客們了解目前活動，並歡迎大家一起參與。為了使台灣的使用者更方便，我們協助改善
iD 在台灣的地址語法為國人習慣的順序，目前並有OSM相關軟體，如JOSM，及LearnOSM學習手冊的翻譯計畫都正在進行中。此外，我們也極積地推廣登山社群使用
OSM 離線地圖
，及利用
OSM 進行登山主題地圖的開發。

在政府交流方面，我們積極參與政府開放資料會議，並遊說政府開放地理資料。去年與國家災害防救科技中心(NCDR)合作，整合 Localwiki和OSM成為
防災地方誌 做為社區防災資訊平台。並於去年12月在台灣舉辦的第15屆Globe Spatial Data
Infrastructure (GSDI)研討會 
，台灣OSM成為該會議的在地支持的社團。我們希望能夠持續地和政府相關單位合作，以推廣地理圖資開放的觀念和開放街圖的應用。

在國際交流部份，我們參與組織首度舉辦的亞洲開放街圖研討會(SotM Asia)
，並支援圖客參與會議，以報告台灣開放街圖事務，今年我們有更多人參與SotM
Asia的組織規劃，該會預計於尼泊爾舉辦。我們也參與日本在京都舉辦的Open Source Conference，分享架設於國家高速網路中心的
龍馬(Longma)伺服器

，以及台灣地區的製圖活動，並與日本在地社群交流。此外，全球開放街圖研討會今年預計8月18-20日於日本會津若松舉辦
，屆時，台灣社群一定不會缺席。

開放街圖台灣社群經費是由台灣開放文化基金會(OCF)所管理，2016年經費餘額為45,546元。

[OSM-talk] About the development of another Overpass API

Dear all,

Last year, NCHC[1] started to host a caching server 'Longma' [2] for
serving Asia. They are now working on development of an instance of
Overpass API in Asia. To fetch data from OSM API, we're just wondering
which OSM APIs are available for this?

Thank you guys for comments.

I agree with Marteen's opinion. The social_facility is difficult to be
applied for emergency. social_facility = shelter seems mostly to be used
for homeless people or refugees [1]. Thus, the wiki page of social_facility
= shelter [2] is really confused.

Maning's suggestion is great! I will recommend Taiwanese mappers to
use evacuation_center=yes
for this case. It's also good for regional tag consistency.

[OSM-talk] If a school is a shelter when a disaster happens...

Hi all,

There is a problem for tagging shelters. In Taiwan, some of schools are
selected to be shelters for villages or small regions when a disaster
happens. However, it is conflict to annotate two amenities on a geometry
object. That is, we cannot simultaneously use amenity = school and amenity
= social_facility; social_facility = shelter for a school with shelter
functionality.

Some Taiwanese mappers proposed to add 'emergency' as prefix for
distinguishing shelter, e.g.,
emergency : amenity =  amenity
emergency : social_facility = shelter

I'm just wondering if it is a good manner for this case. Because the tag
'emergency' is used for emergency facilities but not including shelters.
Thus, adding emergency prefix to amenity is suitable? Any suggestions for
such situation?

[Talk-TW] OSM Taiwan在OSC 東京參展及日本社群友好關係

各位，

國家高速網路中心今年在SotM Taiwan上展示了亞洲唯一的Cache server。事實上，早在6月，該團隊就到OSC (Open Source
Conference) 於北海道那場會議上擺攤參展，並很客氣的替OSM Taiwan繳了參展的費用，所以當時OSM
Taiwan也有一個攤位，而且和OSM Japan並排在一起，日本社群還大力幫忙翻譯工作，會後並和北海道OSM及OSGeo社群互動。

Yuseto Furukawa是北海道OSGeo在OSM的領袖，Minami
Atara是他的學生，在2014年我去日本SotM擔任Keynote[1]的時候就已經認識，知道WheelMap在北海道推動的情形，感動之餘也極積的想在台灣牽線拉關係，今年SotM
Taiwan來不及達到這個目標，但因為菲律賓講者臨時不來，才動用一些友情關係在一天內，讓Minami
Atara決定到台灣來講WheelMap，主要希望能帶動一些wheelmap的風氣。本來計劃明年若可以拿到經費，就邀請北海道身障人士來台，教台灣的身障人士畫地圖，不過這都不是我的事了，請後續有人接手。

OSC一年會在日本各地舉辦好幾場，10月24、25日將在東京舉辦，國家高速網路中心依然很客氣地幫OSM
Taiwan弄了一個攤位，然後26日也約好了日本OSM的副會長Satoshi，和台灣OSM一起交流。鑑於本人已經退出社群，不能再代表台灣OSM出席，建議社群有人接手事務。

這件事情之前我有向幾位社群朋友提過，但還有一個月的時間，各位可以考慮是否前往，蕭研究員都很歡迎大家一同前往。若是這次我參加，也是利用自已休假和自費前往，國家高速網路中心沒辦法補助旅費。

[OSM-talk] Facebook uses OpenStreetMap

Does anyone have ideas why Facebook uses OSM for their checkin service in
some Asian countries including Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and China?

In Taiwan, just some areas are patched OSM on Here Map, e.g. Taipei City.
Because of that, we get more and more Notes for reporting errors.

各位圖客

台灣開放街圖一直以來是個鬆散的社群(這群人只想畫地圖 XD)，近日受到各界關注，引發一些問題值得現在思考一下，

1. 台灣開放街圖是否應該成立董事會(Board of
directors)，以管理開放街圖社群的相關事務，以及對外統一窗口，如經費、主機、SotM?
不是成立法人，而是有一個管理層，每年或固定時間，透過「會員」選舉改制。

2. 台灣開放街圖應有「社員」的行為準則(Code of Conduct)?


有任何想法，請不吝提供。

OSM Taiwan is a cozy, but loose community in which participants pay more
attentions on mapping. Due to Nepal earthquake, OSM Taiwan gains a lot of
attentions from non-OSMers. There are some issues which are worth to
discuss by now.

1. Should Taiwan OSM community to launch a board of directors for managing
the business of local chapter, e.g., SotM TW, local server, finance things
...


2. Should a Code of Conduct be developed for local mappers?

  台南火車站附近我分了五塊，所以那天可以大略分五組， 每一組的重點稍有不同。

   至於台南的部份，因為台南火車站附近道路已經有9成9以上完成了 [1]，如果要畫，重點可能是 POIs 和地址的完整性。
  
   另外一個主題可以是古蹟。我看了一下 Wikipedia
   [2]，中西區有很多古蹟在火車站附近可以走得到的範圍，可以實地踏查；其實就算不實地去，描空照圖標示 node
   也可行，只是會少了一些比較細膩的資訊。
   德國有個 project 是古蹟地圖 [3]，但我覺得運算的速度有點慢，不知道成大的學生有沒有興趣試試看。也有一群人討論歷史地圖

   上學期期末系上大肆的畢業專題展也有見到1、2組同學以OSM的圖資作應用與處理 但是他們都不知道OSM社群的活動
   所以如果透過課程及活動先讓更多學生知道OSM 將來在其他創意的應用上更可以納入OSM的資源
   我想參加OSM繪圖是跨進來的第一步
   上學期也跟東波談過我對OSM與台南文史的結合有興趣 所以等我對OSM再熟悉一些之後有一些繪製成果 再找地方文史社團進一步討論
   感謝各位的支持 希望這學期我們學生能對OSM有再多一點的貢獻

Hi 圖客們

溫泉過去的做法
natural = spring
附加上 hot = yes 或是 temperature = *

過去也有人用 leisure = hot_spring 這個被討論很蠻多的。

這次提案改成 natural = hot_spring
如果有溫泉旅館就加上 tourism =hotel,
有大眾浴池的話 amanity = public_bath

很樂見OSM的學生社群在增加!!
台南是人文薈萃的地方擁有許多歷史遺跡，若能多與地方文史工作一起合作，豐厚於人文歷史方面的資料，可使OSM的可使用性增加。另外，資工系的學生應該不僅於製圖，更可以做一些OSM有意思的地圖應用，無論在Web或APP其實都有機會。
