Hi all, I have to disagree with the idea that you can use this material. It is very explicitly “under copyright” and that copyright is clearly not compatible with Openstreetmap “open” policy. No CEO of the Council will have the authority to give “permission” to use their data as the CEO

Basically no unless you have explicit approval from Gold Coast Council. It has more to do with osm user conditions than whether or not GCC licence is compatible. It's the section that says something like "you own the data or have explicit permission to use it". If the data licence was
