Hi,

I have changed the AustralianTaggingGuidelines https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines

On the Access roads on public land <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Australian_Tagging_Guidelines#Access_roads_on_public_land>- made simpler - what to do first, caution secondary. Now reads

'These may have a sign with something like "Management Vehicles Only" and could then be tagged motor_vehicle <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:motor_vehicle>=private <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Tag:motor_vehicle%3Dprivate&action=edit&redlink=1> and bicycle <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:bicycle>=private <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:bicycle%3Dprivate> (as bicycles are considered to be vehicles under Australian law). Use caution with the tag access <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:access>=private <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:access%3Dprivate> as that applies to all including walkers.'

Removed the legal stuff.

And on School Zones - brought up to date with example for NSW 'maxspeed:conditional=40 @ (Mo-Fr 08:00-9:30, 14:30-16:00;PH off;SH off)'
