Just looking at SA Data in the catalogue. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Australian_data_catalogue#South_Australia A few things are listed as Not under an Open Licence, while we have a waiver on other areas. Looking at the SA Open Data page, it appears to say that it is now all Creative
