[talk-au] Coral Sea Islands Territory and Queensland

I came across a dataset by ga.gov.au that has among other things a boundary shape file for the Coral Sea Islands Territory (CSIT), which surprisingly enough lined up perfectly with the existing Solomon Islands border, the boundary data is either cc-by or OSDM which is a cc-by type/compatible licens
