As a first attempt to edit the dutch 'How to map a ...' pages of the wiki I
added the 'reddingspunt'. I think I've made no mistakes, but it's probably not
a bad idea that someone checks what I've done.

I would not do that, as the ref-tag of the emergency_access_point might
conflict with the one of the highway. But that's just my opinion.
This overpass query gives access to an area with a lot of those emergency
points. You might investigate a few of them to see how the tag is used in
Germany,
