Concerning Osm, there is no water level definition for the moment but there
is a proposed feature that match perfectly (*)!

Working on NRN import on BC/Alaska border, in the town of Stewart, and it
looks like there is a mismatch in positions between TIGER and NRN. Take a
look at Highway 37A as it crosses the border in [1]. See that there is no
road to connect to in Alaska. Now take a look at how Google maps has it in
usually tiger is wrong, yahoo resolution is not very good but still good enough
to confirm that the tiger roads don't match at all.
