[Talk-ca] canvec fixme - Place type may not be valid

Hello: I'm currently importing canvec data in south western Ontario. My question is, canvec data has fixmes for place = locality Place type may not be valid track sport type unknown. Should I just go ahead and delete these fixme, as I don't think

Andrew, I cc to Nicolas Gariepy from NRCan. Nicolas should be able to indicate what NRCan want us to validate when they put these fixme on Canvec files. It is probably to validate if this locality exist or not. For example, looking at one of the canvec edits you did recently, I see Fishers
