Hi,
A friend asked: is there any online (web) implementation of LTE/3G
coverage maps, using OpenStreetMap?
I vaguely remember seing online maps for this at several providers
sites, but hardly interactive and none using public data.

you mean how the street address interpolation was moved onto the way
itself? yes i find it odd, i think it is an error. Someone here will know
what to do.

Yes, that's what it looked like to me. Also there are a significant number
of connectivity errors as I think the old address interp ways were merged
with some of the real navigable ways.
