Chances are good that this is a bug with HTTPS anywhere and Firefox. If you are using that extension with Firefox, disable the OpenStreetMap Wiki ruleset. See https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/8841 for the corresponding HTTPS anywhere ruleset bug. From: Stewart Russell

For all the talk about Canadian cities choosing to craft their own license rather than choose a well-known license, I find it interesting that the new iD editor is licensed under the WTFPL. WTF, indeed. It was probably only chosen because it's the same license as Potlatch. At least it's approved
