[Talk-ca] Stats Can Guidelines for mappers

It probably sounds dumb but building:levels etc will need some guidance, for example in the case of a shopping centre where most is single level but part, perhaps a third, is two levels. Gas stations building=roof with a separate building=commercial for the till? Is there somewhere in the OSM
