[Talk-ca] new planet.osm

Currently I'm chatting to a group of opendata people. Terribly enthusiastic people but they don't seem to be looking at the entire picture. One downloads a file called new planet.osm from http://planet.openstreetmap.org/and complains because its 8 gigs of compressed data (uncompressed they're
