OSM objects are inherently recording their position.

If one maps say cave entrance and country borders,
then one may already answer the question
"is cave XYZ inside area of country ABC".

As result it is not necessary to create relations
"caves in country X", "caves on continent Y",
"caves in region Z".

It seems to me that
https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2216406 and its child relations
are violating
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relations/Relations_are_not_Categories
and should be deleted, but I decided to not make edit itself.
Maybe something would be missed and some tags should be added to objects
gathered in this relations

I already deleted such relations and previously deleted some
"motorways in country X" relations that had no chance of adding any useful info
and required no edit to rescue anything.

Two recent edits:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/89149625
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/89149792

Can you delete this relations if
https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/2216406 and its subsequent category
relations
should be deleted?
