Hallo Rainer,
gestern habe ich noch einen Grund gefunden, warum auch korrekte
Abbiegebeschränkungen in dieser Fehlerliste auftauchen: Die Bounding-Box
bzw. die Umrisslinie, die zum Ausschneiden eines Bundeslandes verwendet
wird ist etwas größer als dieses Bundesland und sollte es auch sein.

of the broken polygons of the same country (except slipways, tourist=attraction
and sport=ski).
I am now starting (and tomorrow continuing) with the turn restrictions of
austria.

According to the wiki slipways are correct as a non-closed way, so this is
an error of the Navit converter.
this is not completely clear. The wiki page for the feature used to
define it for nodes only, then someone changed this to linear ways
