However, there may be already some with other tags and with identical or

Definitely good idea to include the source tag.

At least these should be improved:
- You should explain how you deal with the already existing POIs
- It would be good idea to have the "source=THL SOTE registry” tag for each
imported node.
- There are over 3000 nodes for Tampere area, I do not think this is small
import that is easy to rev
