I've been looking at the railway junction east of Castle Vale, at: https://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=52.5184=-1.7701#map=14/52.5184/-1.7701 AFAICT, we have not given it a name or a reference; it must have one or the other, if not both. But what would we tag? A point in the middle? A
