I've knocked something together as a trial for tainted junctions. My
scripts extract the nodes at the start and end of a given set of ways
and pass them through quick history to check the licence state.

Further to this, one helpful thing is if everyone makes sure they've
uploaded all their traces to OSM. I know I'm guilty of working from the
trace files locally when mapping, then forgetting to upload them so
other mappers can make use of the data.
