[Talk-GB] Overpass question: Fixmes and surroundings

Hi all, I'm trying to craft a overpass query that returns fixmes and the surrounding OSM data. I seem to have got it working in Overpass Turbo. I want to use this in JOSM but it's not returning all the same Ways as seen in Overpass Turbo. http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/Myw Anyone able to help me
