in 2017 and 2018, the City of Albuquerque abandoned the north runway of its
airport, removed the pavement, regraded the land, and added streets to convert
the land
demolished or
incorporated into newer facilities. So I’ve added a note to these that they are
“historic” but that I can’t pin down their location. Otherwise, I’ve left them
alone, figuring someone with more knowledge of local history can figure out
where they were located.

It does make sense. Storage units are in effect remote (outsourced?)
garages/basements/attic
area, I’ve notices a
number of cases that appear to be students at the University of New Mexico who
do a bit of mapping and then, when they graduate, either stop or move out of
the area.

I agree there is a need to have a way to deal with this. Where I have checked a
street, in both directions, for a posted speed limit and found none, I tag the
street as maxspeed=unposted, source:maxspeed=survey. This makes it clear that
the street has been checked in the field and found not to
