like that this can then be split up so only people with local knowledge are
editing as opposed to doing it without local knowledge.

PS. I do sad si svaki put radio lokalnu kopiju kad si posjetio
geoportal. Nažalost oni nisu svjesni da svaki browser(i većina
aplikacija) radi lokalnu kopiju podataka, što s oni bili zabranili :)

The description tag is very underused , IMHO. Specialist tags are
undoubtedly extremely useful, they are precise, (should be) unambiguous
and machine-read-friendly, but they do need to gain traction to be
useful and are unfriendly when trying to convey fuzzy information, as
