・zoom 15-16 relation:type=site のnameを表示する。
・zoom 17-18 relation:type=site と junction=yes の表示（relation優先）
・zoom 19- すべてのnameを表示 （文字がかぶる場合はrelationjunctionother）
（２） 信号機のプリセットにjunction属性をついかする。
