BTW, we're lucky that we don't have to deal with people like RR8. Instead, all we need now is some understanding and consensus. Yep, the RR8 issue seems to be a deliberate vandalism. I don't think this is the same situation with deck and anthony's edits. Overeagerness maybe the word. --

Yup, we did seminars/workshops because only few people knew OSM in Davao and some who are aware of it don't know how to edit the map. Maybe in Manila's case, you don't need seminars/workshops because you have many experienced contributor in your area. Maybe a pre-mapping party meeting will do to
