Just found this tool - maybe you know about it already. It lists all the child
elements of an area: the Islands, Towns, Villages etc eg for Aklan

Interestingly just looked at the one for Manila - what's up with Balut Island,
near the former Smokey Mountain? Is that really an island? Guess it must be as
its on Google maps as well ... you live and learn eh ...?
