renamed various streets:
Kingspoint and P dela Cruz near Holy Cross (novaliches)
Arañeta Ave to Araneta Avenue (QC)
Crusada st to Cruzada (makati)
made Valero access road a one-way street
JP Rizal from makati Avenue to Pasong Tamo/PRC is basically a
