mmda implemented back the traffic lights on quezon avenue weeks ago
it's just now that i've updated some but not yet complete including turn
restrictions as i need to validate
heard c-5 has the same setup that dud away with u-turn slots
quezon ave still has the turn slots, btw
just came out briefly from my OSM hiatus
