Maybe there's no need to actually go and take GPS tracks. Getting an accurate positioning is not really useful at this point since no one can pass through anyway. We can retrack using GPS when the road is opened for traffic. For now it seems that estimating is good since the right of way is

Hi guys, In Google Map Maker, Commonwealth Avenue has been extended to connect directly to Quirino Highway. http://www.google.com/mapmaker?ll=14.727572,121.046848spn=0.020836,0.0739z=14 Can anybody confirm that this is so? That's possibly a major road that's not yet in OSM. :-) Eugene
