Hi guys, For the Intramuros Mapping Party, there will be 2 meeting places. One in the morning before the field survey and one in the afternoon after the field survey. We have not finalized yet the meeting places and we would like to solicit suggestions from the community.
For the morning meetup, we are thinking of Chowking Intramuros <http://osm.org/go/4zhQKS6ZE--?m>. You can have breakfast here if you want. Does anybody have other suggestions? For the afternoon meetup, we think an airconditioned mall with Wi-Fi like Robinsons Manila or SM Manila would be OK. The problem is that this is the Christmas season and the malls would likely to be more packed than usual due to the Christmas shopping. Somewhere with Wi-Fi would be nice so we can teach newbies how to edit and other stuff like that. But failing that, then maybe some of you can lend your mobile Internet USB dongles? An alternate afternoon venue I can think of would be either of the 2 Starbucks facing each other in UN Avenue at Bayview Park Hotel <http://osm.org/go/4zhFeigv7--?m> or any of the coffee shops along UN Avenue.
