Hi guys,

There's a relatively new web map based on OSM data called
OpenMapSurfer:
http://www.openmapsurfer.uni-hd.de/?zoom=9&lat=14.53702&lon=121.07465&layers=B000FF
(OSM Wiki page: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OpenMapSurfer )

Its map style is reminds me quite a lot of Google Maps' style at low
scales, but when you zoom into higher scales, the "colorful" OSM style
starts to appear.

This map also has an experimental separate terrain layer based on
ASTER GDEM (and not the usual SRTM3 data) but I think their terrain
rendering needs a lot of improvement (for instance, the shadows are
too dark).

Unlike many of the other maps out there that use the Mapnik rendering
software or Maperitive, this map was rendered using MapSurfer.NET
which is written in C# and built using .NET 4.0. So this may be an
option for those who prefer MS technologies (although the database
used is PostgreSQL, and not MS SQL). :p (More info on MapSurfer.NET:
