Hi guys, The folks over at Geofabrik have reorganized[1] their OSM data download website[2]. They now have nice individual pages for each location that they offer individual data for, instead of the directory listings for collections of such locations. This means that we now have a nice one-stop download page for the OSM Philippines data[3].
Hopefully this may prove more useful for re-users of the data. You can now point people who want OSM data for the Philippines to this page. This is the same data that we use to provide the OSMPH Garmin map. Cloudmade, a different company, also still provides their download website and it contains more detailed breakdowns of data for the Philippines[4] down to the province level and in various formats (including maps for TomTom, Garmin, and Navit--not sure if these are routable though). However, the data hasn't been updated since December 2011 so the breakdown may or may not be as useful depending on your needs. Enjoy!
