Maybe we should edit Bacolod ASAP and delete/revert edits attributed to him. Be
careful when reverting, as previously encoded information may be accidentally

Hi,
We recently noticed some activity in Bacolod Philippines. We
requested the editor to explain the sources (no public trace and hires
imagery available in the area). Based on our exchanges in the OSM
messaging facility, I have reason to believe that the data came from
copyrighted material.
