hi!
just came back from a recent trip in Cebu City...here are
some of my
observations on OSM there:
some of major roads i passed by between cebu city, mandaue,
and the
airport

Have you seen OpenStreetBugs? You should add your bug reports also here so
that the exact location is immediately available and visible (as opposed to
trying to describe the location by text).

already added the missing street names mostly in Mandaue near the
vicinity of Parkmall (there are many roads named Cabahug, Seno and
Cortes hehe)
