[talk-ph] Tagging of reefs, beaches, and shoals

Hi all,

There has been a recent improvement in the default OSM rendering for reefs,
beaches, and shoals. Read all about it here:

Example of the new reef rendering in Apo Reef National Park:

Example of sandy beach rendering in Boracay's White Beach (although I think
the beach should be expanded to cover the low tide elevations):

Example of shoal rendering in Busuanga, Palawan (though I'm not sure if the
tagging is correct):
