Hi, The OSMF apparently now owns the "OpenStreetMap" trademark in the Philippines as shown by this Wiki page edit: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Trademark&diff=next&oldid=1200887
I find it interesting that the Philippines is one of the territories deemed important for trademark protection. ~Eugene
