I had to re-upload taytay, rizal roads this time with proper tags from
Rally de Leon's gtm
The tags are below:
Rally's tag = OSM tag
river = waterway:river
creek = waterway:stream
alley = highway:footway
footpath = highway:footway
track = highway:footway
UNVERIFIED = highway:road and FIXME:unveri

I added a generic tags like this:
highway=residential
source=import from rallydeleon's gtm
Further edits maybe required for unconnected and overlapping ways as
well as road name
