Thanks for all your feedback! I got a reply from the local GIS dept. who said the river is the official boundary. I don't think the whole county is shifted, because the southern border lines up correctly with the Missouri river. I'll cross-reference it with the maps the GIS dept sent me and

Not sure if this is the right ML to ask on, but I couldn't find a missouri-specific list. I started marking street numbers manually a bit today. However, looking at the edits made to my town (Columbia, MO) every other edit is made by bots or by people far away participating in various remote
