part. in fact motorways are connected to under/over crossing ways
which is incorrect. But routing will be possible. A major problem is
the direction of motorways/motorway_links. they are random. by
default mkgmap sets

thanks to Tiger and MassGIS issues, until we stitch the stacked nodes
along borders as well as certain onramps. the US just isn't routable.

have done a test run and the lower states have been ~ 2.5G too much for
almost all Garmin models. still working on optimized tiling. some tiles are
still failing because of size.
