[Talk-us] (Cleanup of LABuilding import (was Re: [Imports] Updates:LA County building import (Los Angeles, California, USA))

Hi, After validation via TM [0], we will implement a series of cleanup[1] for several issues during the import. Details on each cleanup will be documented in the respective ticket and also updated in the wiki later on. I'm reading the Automated Edits CoC [2] right now and I have a few questions.
