Maybe you've seen this before, but I haven't. Here are some roundabouts that are teardrop shaped; the intersection somewhat resembles a dumbbell. Is there supposed to be a no left turn restriction? Are these even roundabouts?

I came across a similar interchange on I-485 in NC here: http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=35.273736lon=-80.966209zoom=18layers=M I think the way I did it would work the best using the only_straight_on restriction. -James
