[OSM-Talk-ZA] N4 ring road: Nelspruit

Last night I went to bed in Nelspruit, near the N4.  This morning I woke 
up in Mbombela[1], near the R104.  You saw it on OSM[2] first.

[1] Some road signs have changed, but I've left the city name as 
Nelspruit for now: it's only supposed to change after the world cup.
[2] Has anybody mentioned that OSM is cool?
