Hi. The hot key, control-shift-alt- arrow key used to be the keys for changing rate, volume and pitch on the fly. Now, it is a windows key for rotating the screen. Screen rotation is only important to sighted folk. The F8 key works when you copy from a website, but copying otherwise is done

Just wanted to say thanks again, for the Cap Enhance. I finally figured what I was kdoing wrong. I had my Vocalizer voice set to maximum volume, so the cap sound couldn't increase. I dropped it back to 7 and then could hear the volume increase. I also use the cap beeper and they work fine

This is random behavior. Sometimes when I go to a site with Firefox, my voice just quits and I have to reboot. Other times, in my Becky email program the voice will quit and fooling around with the tab, I can get it to come back. I'm using 9.1 and Windows 7. This is new behavior, since 9.1

Hi. It sounds like you increased the keyboard rate, rather than the screen rate. After hitting control alt arrow, I believe you use the right arrow until it says screen rat. If you want a permanent rate change, you need to go into the control panel to screen and change the rate and save

I deleted a shortcut from my desktop. When I went to the control panel to open it, the only choice that I had was to un-install it or leave it alone. Don't know how to open it or get it back on the desktop. Using Windows 7. Help appreciated.

I'm using Becky email. When I save an email with an attachment to my documents, I can't open the attachment. I hit alt-7 twice, then enter, but nothing happens, even if I try opening with mouse keys. W.E. just says "attachment". Very frustrating. Anmy suggestions?
