I think I'm using eloquence with NVDA and it was already on my
system. Check the voices menu in NVDA.

If you have Microsoft office actually on your computer, evenoffice 365
but it has to be installed, then go to www.windoweyesforoffice.com and
download from there. Voices are available for a small fee, if you
don't like espeak.
