Hi all,

After recently finding that email going out from Tarsnap via SendGrid has
sporadically had broken DKIM headers added, I've decided to change how I
send outgoing email. The Tarsnap mailing lists will still be delivered
via SendGrid, but Tarsnap "service" emails -- signup, payment receipts,
monthly invoices, and low/negative balance warnings -- will be going out
via Amazon SES.

I'm hoping this will result in fewer messages getting stuck in spam filters;
but if anyone has hard coded "tarsnap.com email arrives via sendgrid" into
SMTP server configurations, you'll need to change that.
