If I open an attached image, I can see it. I press Ctrl+P, and the
text of the mail is printed. I think, the correct behaviour would be
that hitting Ctrl+P in the image viewer would cause the image to be
printed.

What you say makes logical sense but there is no printing feature in the viewer.
Hello Tbbeta,
The last beta has possibility to postpone message delivery
(Options/Delay message) and a macro %DELAY in templates. The
interface is not yet final and may have typos, but you may now
specify the message to be sent later. Please let us know what do you think
about this
