All Graphics are associated with ACDSEE on my system. JPG and GIF attachments

This bug has been around for at least two or three months, I thought the new
version had maybe fixed it, but is still there:
- Settings:
Always show icon in system tray: CHECKED
Do not put TB to windows task bar: NOT CHECKED
Minimize to System Tray: CHECKED
Now open
