IMAP folders are not updated when were messages read in Outlook

Hello, I am using one exchange account in Outlook and in The Bat!, IMAP account in TB is set to be online and refreshes folders every 1 minute, there are 10 connections enabled. Problem is, when I read messages in all folders in Outlook, folders in TB are not updated, until I manually select every
