I did some tidying up using my other mail client, some IMAP folders
changed name, some were erased, some were changed from one subfolder to
another, however I can't seem to make The Bat! resynchronise the
folder

That's what I do, and I can only get a merged list between what was
and what now is. There is no indication of what folders really exist.
Do old folders disappear after pressing Refresh list in the context
menu in Manage IMAP folders? If they don't, that means your other
client didn't really
